Everywhere rigid technological layouts are used and thus you can slightly change the output of different grades setting rollers machines or changing the sieves. But nowhere possibility to change grist flows exists. And here you can change the flows both of break and grinding rollers. It is a real break-through in flour grinding.

At the packing section of the mill you see not two or three as usually, but five mixing sockets. It means that you can produce up to five different classes of flour in accordance with the stated requirements. And if you do not need different classes of flour you just can shut down the mixing sockets without stopping of a mill and to produce only one class of flour.

The trouble of plansifters is in the fact that the overtails are brought to the door, the closure should be ideal, but nevertheless admixtures fall into flour. That's why I really appreciate ECOMILL's centrifugal sifting machines because they don't become cluttered, and you can quickly liquidate all admixtures. In 2-3 minutes you will see the result, while sometimes defects can be for several hours at plansifting mills. And dismantlement and assembling of it can take four hours.

Nowadays we get used that a fridge or TV-set purchased in the shop will be delivered to our home and connected up. The plastic windows can be made instead of dismounted wooden windows.

The producers of milling equipment not in all cases provide such kind of service. At best for mounting they will demand heavy extra charge (15% or even more).
