Distinctions and advantages

What are the main advantages of ECOMILL?

  • ECOMILL speaks the truth and recommends familiarizing with the opportunities in real conditions of operation. Whereas many manufacturers overestimate in promotional materials and advertising campaigns the productivity level and flour output (especially of extra class) and try to hide by all means the location of the established equipment
  • ECOMILL mills are more compact, they do not need special foundation building. Whereas the height of plansifter mills, vibrations and inertia of rotating sifter are very high, that means significant expenses for building
  • ECOMILL provides stable reception of high-quality flour in comparison with burr mills
  • ECOMILL is simpler in construction and in service (for example, 15 minutes is required for the replacement of a sieve, while on plansifter mills it can take about 12 hours)
  • ECOMILL roller machines have a tougher press system which provides for stability of gaps on grinding rollers for a long period of time
  • ECOMILL's electricity consumption per kilogram of processed grain is one of the lowest among other mills

What is the distinction between different modifications of ECOMILL?

  • The main distinction of mills is in the length of a rolling line (the quantity and dimension type of roller mills) and the area of a sifting surface (the quantity of pneumatic centrifugal sifters)
  • The second distinction is in a technological scheme of passing of grinding products from grain up to ready flour

For example, on Ecomill Norma the length of a rolling line is the shortest, the sifting surface is the smallest, and the technological scheme is the simplest. Therefore the output of extra class and first class flour turns out a little bit lower. On Ecomill Expert everything is on the contrary, the technology scheme is approached to technologies of large mill industrial complexes, so the output of extra class flour is the greatest.

In order to choose the most suitable variant, it is necessary to determine what class and quantity of flour one wants to receive finally? The higher the requirements to classes of flour and the percentage of flour total output the higher is the price of the equipment.

About the opportunity of the order for exclusive equipment:

ECOMILL equipment is used for deep processing of wheat, rye, rice, corn, rye malt, sorghum, peas, barley and also for cleaning, crushing and sifting of dried vegetables and fruit, medicinal herbs and herbs for phytotea manufacturing.

There is the possibility of a new technology development (cleaning, grinding and sifting), for this - the sample of initial and demanded product is required.
