Guarantee Application

A period of product storage is one year from the preservation date, three years guarantee period is provided from the date of the act of the executed works signing at observance of the Operation manual.

The manufacturer gives the limited warranty for the product bought by you. The guarantee extends on elimination of the factory defects revealed while in service, and does not provide payment of the procedural works spent according to the Operation manual: replacement of greasing, flour sieves, cutting of rollers, etc. Guarantee obligations do not mean uninterrupted and infallible functioning of the equipment, and also do not mean the responsibility of the manufacturer for the commercial losses, the missed benefit, damage of raw material or finished goods, or failure of the adjacent equipment or any real estate as a whole or in its part as a result or in connection with operation of the equipment irrespective of awareness of the user on probability of such consequences occurrence.

The manufacturer has the right to cancel unilaterally guarantee obligations due to performance of installation by the experts who do not have the sanctions of the manufacturer, changing of equipment design, opening of the sealed up units, the negligent attitude to the product and non-observance of the Operation manual by the user.

Guarantee period will be prolonged on quantity of the days spent for performance of guarantee obligations.

The manufacturer constantly works above perfection of production and reserves the rights to the termination of release of particular models at any time, change of characteristics, designs, methods and technological processes without a direction of the preliminary notice and, not accepting any obligations.
