The first stage in ECOMILL's process is a professional approach to grain-cleaning. A new multistage grain preparation system with an additional unique moistening system for precise water metering and intensive penetration into grain has extraordinary features that enable to use ECOMILL under various geographic conditions. A common pneumatic transport system ensures optimal layout of the equipment in one or in several buildings, automates grain delivery from the storing facilities and transportation of flour and bran to the final-product storage area. The use of a common transport system in complex with a basic model enable to organize an enterprise with certain processing capacity production output. You can plan reducing your expenses twice and even more and feel convenience of your ECOMILL.

Pneumatic transport system TurboAir

The system TurbAir enables transportation at distance up to 20 meters. Along the grain delivery it is preliminary cleaned from big admixtures and dust. Produced flour is transported both to accumulating hopper for bulk storage and to any packing units packing from 2 up to 50 kg. Bran can be transported to a separate premise, for example to a feed mill. Grain-feeding section comprises receiving hopper with a sieve and a shutter, product pipelines, pneumoseparators, chute gates with a driver. Final product transportation section includes pneumatic receivers, product pipelines, cyclones discharges, chutes gates with a driver. The system also includes aspiration and double-cleaning air system with a high pressure fan. Grain-storage hoppers for bran and flour, packing machines and other equipment can be installed as options.
