Requirements to premises
For ECOMILL mill mounting premises should meet the requirements of the project, done by the organization, which has a appropriate certificate. But still here are some recommendations:
-
the total area of glazed window-openings (or easily-moved-off-constructions in the case of explosion) should be not less than 3% of the total area of the building;
-
number of doors - not less than two, opposed to each other. The doors should open outside;
-
floor should be either ksilolited or wooden with a concrete base and fire-proof impregnation, or concrete painted or covered with tiles (fire-and-spark-proof). It's forbidden to use the building with a concrete or iron floor without any cover;
-
walls should be fire-proof: brick, concrete, iron with a warming, wooden with a fire-proof impregnation. They should be covered inside with an oil-paint in the height not less than 1,8 m; the rest of the wall may be whitewashed;
-
there should be any roof keeping the warmth;
-
electric wiring should be in tunnels, the illumination - in the hermetic lamps (the lightening - not less than 750 luxe);
-
there should be a shell for washing hands and drinking water;
-
temperature inside should be not less then +12C and the grain should be warmed till the same temperature;
-
there should be a 2,5х2,5 m doorway for the mounting of ECOMILL.
Requirements to grain
Characteristics and limitations recommended by the producer for wheat to be processed at modular roller mills in order to get flour in shares stated by the Operation Manual.
The most widespread cultures for processing: wheat and rye.
